Mental Illness

Is there any of you who has been experienced with mental illness?
Or
Is there any of you who has ever faced someone with mental illness?

Regarding into Marshanda and Demi Lovato's bipolar disorder
Just make me realize that a mental illness is exist.
I don't know what are exactly issues that make our mind and soul becoming crazy and confused at the same time
Is it when...
You are depressed enough and you don't know whom to rely on and talk to
You are thinking that everything messed up but the fact it is not
You are regretting something that actually is just okay in someone's point of view
You are being accused at something which you think not really make sense
You aren't getting enough sleep to over think anything
Or what?

Someone normal mind will think
Reality sometimes doesn't look the same with the expectation
And how are the mental illness's point of view?
Is it just the same?
If it is the same, why is there a thing called this mental issue?
How Marshanda, Demi Lovato, or whoever having this thing deal with?
They look so much happy and sad at some time
They can't be handled by anybody I think
For me a best therapy is just dealing with the situation and accepting all of sudden things happened
It is easy to say yet hard to do for the mental illness patient
But then how to cure them?
Do they need medicines which I think it doesn't really matter 'cause it is spiritual sickness not a physically sicked?
I know some medicines using to calm down themselves like sedative
Is it just enough?
Or
Do they need someone to listen to their worries?
Is a psychiatrist really help them to figure out how is actually their condition?
Does everyone get a chance to do treatment at a psychiatrist?
How if it ain't.... Do they still get a chance for getting better?

The answers to my questions is down below
Demi gave a speech at Democratic National Convention-America is going to have a new president selection-Demi talked about the need to end the stigma of mental illness and to ensure better access to healh care.
I couldn't agree more to her.

I  tell you the truth, the stigma over mental illnes is litterally disgusting
Every who going to psychiatrist or psychologist will be mocked as "crazy" person
C'mon, don't you think how they will feel hearing a stigma like that?
Some people just make worse cases
Yet the rest will give support
I'd say that people who against mental illness need a space for expressing their feeling
They also need to be given serious attention and comprehensive treatment.
Because we don't know how long exactly soul can be healed.
